hey this workout will prob take me about 25 minutes as rx. should i scale the weight to make sure i keep a high intensity throughout or should i do it as rx if i am capable. basically what i'm asking is at what point does being able to perform the workout as prescribed become less importamt than making sure you complete it in a reasonable enough time to maintain the intensity that we look for

My 2 cents - I would aim to finish between 15 - 18 min so scale with that in mind. Should be able to keep moving.
