Sunday classes are reserved for skill development at CF Stamford. 

While repping out OH squats, thrusters, etc.  the same theme kept popping up - the importance of keeping a heavy load close to the lifter's center of gravity.  Please take a minute to read this article by the ever eloquent Jon Gilson at CrossFit Boston.  Oh and if you have a short attention span don't worry, there's pictures.
